Known behavioral problems: Miss Millie will sometimes pull the feathers from Puberts head when he does not want to interact with her. Miss Millie is a Pearl and Pubert is a Pied. Miss Millie and Pubert need to be adopted together since they have been together since we have had them. They need to go to a home with experienced bird owners and one that will give them plenty of attention and let them be outside their cage. When we are home, they just don't get the attention they deserve. We recently had a son with a lot of medical needs and are in and out of the hospital frequently. Reason for adoption: My wife and I have had Pubert and Miss Millie since they were babies, they are amazing birds and very friendly. He loves car rides and has been cross country with me before with zero issues. He flips upside down while you’re holding him if you ask him “Are you a bird or a bat?” He will hold out his wings if you say “Wings.” He will allow you to cradle him on his back if you say “Be my baby.” He is super playful and rolls over on his back and play bites you. Positive Notes: He has a large vocabulary, loves to show off for crowds, just about anyone can hold him, and he knows tricks.
Once he realizes he cannot push the person around, he settles in and shows his outstanding manners. Known behavioral problems: Kiwi is well trained but can be pushy with a new handler. He isn’t getting nearly enough and he deserves better. Kiwi absolutely loves people and attention. I have also been diagnosed with a serious chronic illness that I will have to manage. Reason for adoption: I have a new job and am traveling extensively. He needs lots of out of cage time, and a hands on, interactive household! He's on fresh food and pellets and is extremely healthy. He knows many tricks and love to roughhouse play. Positive Notes: Otto prefers men and is a total cuddle bug. Besides that he has a normal caique temperament with a pretty hormonal springtime. Known behavioral problems: He can get triggered with eyeglasses - I think its the UV layer on them. Reason for adoption: Can no longer provide him with quality of life care.

I’ve had him around dogs and cat’s with no issue. For a Macaw he is very talkative when he chooses to be. He is Tamed and loves to have his head scratched and give you cuddles. My plan was to have him flying outside but I have stopped training this past year due to the lack of time I’ve had. He is full flight and I have done a lot of recall training, also hand raised him. He is very smart and great with everyone if they move slowly with him. Positive Notes: Abu loves attention and being out of his cage, if not he will defiantly let you know that he’s not a happy camper.

Has an AMAZING vocabulary!!! Doesn't talk as much since we brought our other bird home. Good with getting his wings and nails trimmed and taking bathes. Eats fruits and veggies, nuts, nutriberries, birdie bites along with Harrisions and Pretty bird. Positive Notes: Beautiful bird who has been loved and pampered his entire life. Also he's getting snippy with me and doesn't want to have anything to do with me. Known behavioral problems: Crankiness and impatience with our other Amazon who is also a male, we live in an apartment and don't have the space to put him in another part of the house. He needs a new home with someone who has experience with Amazons, who understands their moodiness and quirks.
